 Thompson Street Capital Partners Announces Revenue Management Solutions’ Acquisition of i8 Health Solutions – Growing its Technology Platform Offering

ST. LOUIS (May 17, 2019) – Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced today that its portfolio company Revenue Management Solutions (RMS), has completed its acquisition of the assets of i8 Health Solutions (i8). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
